Post by: David Yukon on October 13, 2011, 06:02:00 PM
So I'm in the process to buy some new arrows built with surewood shaft, and with the specs of my bows, we came to a certain spine with the point i want to shoot etc... Now, since these arrows will be new to me in terms of spine weight, point weight, I was wondering how i would proceed for tunung the bow to these arrows?

Man I can't belive i'v been at it for all those years and kind of just wing it!!

I wish i was closer to some of you guys to get some hands on help...

Thank you
David

If you are buying the arrows; Snag at Wilderness Arrows is a sponsor and builds with Surewood shafts. I am sure he can fix you up.

For wood I leave the arrows full lengh and cut to tune. Fine tune with sideplate or brace height.
