Here are pics of some points Jim Richards (razorsharptokill) made while serving in Afghanistan. He sent me the pics this morning!

Great looking points Jim! And thanks for serving! :clapper:
Really nice BH's
Very nice, they look really sharp.
Awesome! Looks like he missed with the billet once and caught his thumb.
;)
Thanks guys. That bruise is from putting up a treestand before I left.
Knapping really helps pass the time here (in Iraq). Thank you for posting them for me Clint!
They look great Jim! Is any of the rock where you are at workable? Or did you bring a stash with you?
Wow great job on those heads! I know a guy coming home tomorrow from the "Stan". Stay safe and thank you for your service to us all back home.
That's some very nice arrowheads. Ever sell any?
Oh, and THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!
No, none of the rock I've seen is knappable. At least w/o cooking and I dont have any means of doing that. I brought a stash with me. I dont sell them. I am making some knife blades that I will mount handles on when I get home. Some of those will be for sale(if I can get them home intact).
I still have trouble with my notches stalling. I need to get my bases thinner.
