I got an email from Chad Francis last week. My Lost Creek bow was nearly done and would ship out Monday (today).
I haven't even seen pictures yet, but Chad said it came in at 44#. I asked for 42 to 48, so I'm all excited and can't concentrate on balancing the checkbook, or much of anything else.
Been hoping for maybe a Wednesday delivery; Thursday at the latest. I woke up this morning and realized it definitely would not mail out today. BUMMER!
He reason I hate it is because I have to work.
I gave that up as too tiring 15 years ago :)
I'm in the boat with you. Waiting on my BigJim Buffalo bow, and the closed PO today just adds another day to the wait!
Hey...when you're THAT close, you'll likely not get a lot of sympathy around here with guys waiting half to full year or more!
Read here years ago, where someone said they'd not order a bow with a long wait cause at their age, "...they don't even buy green bananas anymore!" :) I think I'm now at a point where I "resemble that comment."
Go find the worst project you hate the most and start to tackle that... then the wait won't seem so bad! :)
Good things come to those that wait. Have patience, grasshopper. :D
Me too!
Um, if you shoot each one of your 8 bows you already have, one a day, you won't even get through them all :coffee:
Waiting on a hat and tried to mail a quiver,no go twice
Always tough waiting for a new bow to be delivered !!!
Bill
Well, you can bet your lucky hat there will be pics when it comes in :jumper:
I've got my fingers crossed that mine will be waiting for me when I get home today. We'll see...

Not sure how I managed to post the same thing 37 minutes apart...
I went out this morning and when I got back I had a pressent waiting. Opened her up took it out back and fired a few off. Ok I got another bow but now comes the work to tune her up and quiet it down.
Waiting is just part of it all in a days work.
