Come over any time. Sorry for the tease Mudd. It was awesome.
I'm thinking a nice Cabernet, or maybe Pinot Noir...
My mouth is watering just from looking at that sight!
I'll take a cold brew over cabernet. lol
Now my mouths watering, gotta fire up the grill.
yummmmmmmm!!!!!!!!
And how were they????
THATS JUST NOT RIGHT! :nono:
They were awesome. The first I have ever done. And I can't wait to cook the other one. I marinated them in Minced garlic, chopped onion, cajun seasoning, teryaki and half a beer.
That is realy not nice.
Looks good! We always grill them whole, and slice very thin with a filet knife. Last time I used a marinade of olive oil, brown sugar, bourbon, and garlic. Very good!
We were butchering deer one year and had a barrel stove going in the corner of the garage. One fella had a yearling and we cut one of the loins in to medallions. Some one grabbed a big piece of angle iron and cleaned it up with a wire brash and some water and a paper towel and threw it up on the barrel. Another guy ran in the house and grabbed some butter. We buttered down the angle iron once it was hot and proceeded to cook up some medium rare pieces of heaven.
Nice lookin doe Jeff!!
