I just wanted to say thanks to Matt(Magnus)for his outstanding quality and customer service. I was duplicating a set of arrows for a TG friend of mine and I asked Matt to chop a special set of 5.5" for them. The original priority shipment ended up in a non-existant zip code and finishing these arrows was delayed. Matt talked to USPS and they said that the PO would soon send them to the town...but the time frame was somewhat sketchy. Matt split/ground/chopped a complete new set and had them to me two days after we discovered the problem at no charge. The arrows were shipped Monday and the original package arrived yesterday just as the P.O. said they would and they're headed back to him today.
Matt takes his business personally and I couldn't ask for better concern or service regarding my order. His feathers are as good as they come. Thanks Matt!
:archer:
I am so glad that Stringstretcher found the right guy to transfer his business to!
Oops. Dangling participle.
Oh well, Winston Churchill and I are in good company!
Killdeer
Thank you for the kind words. Once again Rob sorry for the mix up.
No harm no foul Matt. I sure appreciate the fact that you dropped everything you had going to respond to this.
you the man magnus
He makes me proud Killdeer and everyone. He is doing it right for sure. Keep up the good work there Matt, it will be rewarding for sure.
And can you imagine what type quality and service will happen when he stops shoveling concrete with a pitch fork? :jumper: :dunno:
Don't let this warm spell make you think the concrete season will never end, Matt...rain next week toward weeks end here so should slide thru you earlier...
Charlie done good and they just don't get much better'n ole Matt.
"Dangling participle"?
"ending sentence with a preposition"
Winston Churchill was said to have been criticised, given his advanced education for doing so in speeches...his comeback? "That is the type of nonsense up with which I will not put!"
Only Killy! :)
Thanks for clearing that up Doc. I was wondering as well. I know I heard of it in grammar school but that was awhile ago and I didn't listen. Thank you all for the kind words.
