First off I just want to say thanks to the Asbells for not only great products but also for the quick delivery! I really like this montana magic pattern. Here is a picture of dad wearing my pullover and holding his western camp knife that I bought him!

I really like this pullover, I just have a couple of questions for you guys about it that I thought you guys may be able to answer for me...
1. Becasue I really like to wash my hunting garments in Scent A-way detergent (I know most think it doesnt help but i believe it does) is there anyway I can wash my pullover in this detergent without harming it.
2. Also becasue my pullover is a little big on me is there anyway of safely shrinking it just a bit. Thanks all!
Just tried on one of my buddies pullovers today, very nice think I will have one on order very shortly.
Looks good. I like the large hood
They are nice.
The large hood is designed to fit over a hat.
I got one w/ windbreaker vest the other week and I really like it too. I didn't wash mine but I put it in the dryer ( no heat delicates) with the scent away dryer sheets. Then in my bag with rest of my clothes which has dryer sheets, scent wafers so by now will be good for scen. Control. Just wish it gets cold here in Tx so I can wear it
I hand washed mine with scent-free detergent(not sure what brand but I think any of them will be ok). Then I just laid it out flay on a towel to dry.
Be careful. Wool is very finicky about washing. ALwoodsman's hand wash is your best bet. Hanging outside for a couple of days will really help scent wash it without even water washing it(that is what I did with my new Asbell). Then store if in a something with natural scents. I use Balsam Fir bows here in Maine. Washing will shrink it, but be careful. It often shrinks more than you want and the seems to tighten up the loft of the wool.
Thanks guys, Ill prolly just wash it lightly with some of the detergent and then do what maineac said and hang her outside for a few days! Cant wait til it cools down so I can hunt in it!
hand wash it lightly*
Cold water hand wash, then lay it out flat on a towel for a day for a day or so and turn it over occasionally. Then, when dry you can hang it outside for a few days. Damp and hot sun or heat does not go well with wool.
