Title: Sharks on a HILL
Post by: RC on October 05, 2011, 08:09:00 PM
Not a long story. I was wandering round bout half lost and so was this doe. ..I saw her first and when she came by about 7-8 yards she got sharkbit.

At the scene..

And 40 yards later..

Heck of a season so far. 6 deer 3 with a stalker longbow,2 with a Hill and 1 with a Mohawk. 1 mmmiiisssss. RC

From the blood pix....Let me guess....quartering away, went in a little behind the goodies, thru the liver and out the opposite lung...we're looking at the exit wound...how'd I do?

Awesome brother...congrats once again    :clapper:

You hit the nail on the head Curt. Actually got some stomach stuff in the blood. I sat down and waited 45 minutes after the shot. If I had went in right away I probably would have jumped and chanced losing her.RC

Heck.  I walked around half lost tonight too.  Even had a longbow and some tiger sharks.  All I saw was a dead turkey vulture.

Nice job.

straitera, I`m shooting 29" 2016`s and 29" gt blems. On the aluminum I shoot 190 grain Interceptors, 175 grain woodsmans and 175 grain no mercy heads. On the gt`s I shoot 225 grain woodsmans. no mercy and magnus I heads.I don`t know what the arrow weighs maybe 525? RC

Just think RC...if you shot a wheelie bow...and took all those neat critters with it....the Sponsors would be knocking on your door....   :saywhat:

You'd have your own TV show on Outdoor Channel..
"Huntin' the Swamps with 'Ol RC"......   :clapper:

Nice going....keep fillin the freezer!
