My mother was going through a bunch of old stuff and brought in to my house today. Amoung old news paper clippings ang sports stuff was the invoice and brochure from Bob Thompson at Zipper. It was 1995 and the bow was my graduation present and although the bottom limb is cracked it is hanging in my bedroom. It was like taking a step back in time. Really cool it meant alot to me. I told my wife, the other stuff in that envelope meant very little but that was way cool!!!!!
Oh, those treasured memories. Hold fast and they will remain treasures of the future.
Thanks for sharing.
Send it back to Zipper, if they can't fix it, they will make ya another set of limbs. Why not re-kindle the old bow! Shawn
Count my vote also for new limbs. If it means that much put it to work!
Get it fixed and shoot it. Thats cool.
I still have my invoice and brochure from my 1990 Zipper (mt first custom bow). Mine still hangs in my rack as well!
