.... is not in their vocabulary. I recently added my displeasure to a vendor thread on here . I think I need to tell when I receive outstanding service from one also.
I recently ordered a vest from Kuiu. The transaction was perfect, got the vest in a week.One problem, I ordered too small.
One call to their office, they shipped me a new one right away, got it before I leave for my elk hunt(which I requested). Everything when very smooth, credits were received, communications was perfect & timely, all the things that make me buy stuff from vendors. Kudos to KUIU.
Now on to kill an elk!

Customer service is what keeps a company in business, it is also the same thing that runs them out.

I had to return some stuff due to sizing issues and received the new sizes and also returned a couple of things. All went perfect including refunds to the card. Top notch gear and service, not to mention the best packaging.

I have had excellent service from them too. When ordering I clicked the wrong box and the exchange went smooth.
Jason Hairston and his Kuiu crew are the best out there and produce the best equipment. I have purchased almost all of the Kuiu equipment made, and love it.
