Title: Question i have never asked.
Post by: wtpops on September 08, 2011, 04:37:00 PM
I have noticed this during tunning ever sence i started shooting some 20 odd years ago.

First i shoot in the high 50's for poundage, i draw 31 so arrows a between 32 and 33" depending on brand and i see this no matter what material i use for arrows.

If durning the tunning process i add or subtract point weight 25 grains or more it effects my nock point location, the higher the weight change the more the effect.

Does anyone else see this or am i just weird?  :dunno:

I have a question on this...if you increase point weight do you also find that you need to increase nock height?

From my experience, I have to raise my nock height with a heavier point.
