Its all I have ever had to use. From small game, deer, bear, elk,stag,caribou, bison.....no need to use anything other than a two blade for me.
Lots of great heads out there, I use zwickey, magnus and STOS myself. From 100 to 200 grain depending what I'm hunting with.

Griz 190 w/100 gr adapter (275ish finished weight)
Tusker Concord 190 265 gr. finished,
Abowyer Brown Bear- 275 gr. finished.
and Steelforce single bevel 265 gr screw-in.

All straight razor sharp too. Would not care to be on the receiving end of any of these!  :readit:

Have used Magnus 125gr the past two seasons with great results. This year I will be using Abowyer 190gr Javelinas.

Me too they are my standard I have used Magnus and Bear Razor Heads. I bought a bunch of old Bear Razor Heads on e-bay a while back may give them a try and of course I got some real fine flint heads I'm thinking of using also!

Zwickey no-mercy single bevel. They come as 165 gn with the aluminum adapter. Swapped them out for 75 gn steel. If I remember right, that gives me 215 gn.

160 grain STOS. Not expensive and shoots like a field point. Sharpens easy enuff. Tanto tip is a great feature. Its the only head I shoot. Try em you will like em.

This year I'm gonna try the Zwickey No Mercy (left bevel).  However,I do have a stash of Magnus, as well as some Deltas.  Now in a 4-blade I have.......

I killed a nice doe Saturday with my STOS 145 grain broad heads. Lots of blood arrow went all the way through at about 25 yards 45 lb Ben Pearson Cougar.

Tusker Aztec 200 grain. Fly good for me and easy to keep sharp. Tryed the Muzzy SS phantoms 200 grain no bleeder and just couldnt get them to group consistent but was probably me.
