Pissed at whom? This thread doesn't belong here. Contact Ron and tell him what happened. This should be between you & him. Assuming you are the original owner, it might be covered under warranty. If you aren't the original owner, it will be at his discretion.
Hard to be pissed without knowing the facts/details. Only the bowyer can help you with that. That being said, this is hardly the first post of someone's bow failing on this forum. The only difference that I see is the call for help to the wtong audience.
Yes the person to call is bowyer. I know they will help you out. There are way to many ways for a bow to fail to list them here but a bowyer will be able to help.

Bows are complex mechanical springs that operate under extreme tension with sudden accelerations and decelerations over thousands of cycles. Add in multiple glue joints, overlays, cuts and grinds, etc... It is mechanically amazing they do not all fail. Now add in the potential for wood, glass, or carbon to have flaws and it is almost astronomically impossible that they don't all blow up. The low failure rate of todays bows is a testament to the quality of todays bowyers.
Lamey is right this is an issue for Ron to deal with first and last. I don't know Ron by anything but reputation, but that reputation is a good one.
Understand that no bowyer can tell what happened to cause a bow failure without really good pictures or the bow in hand.
If your the original owner you may have some claim for repairs or replacement within warranty. If it is second or third hand you can hope the bowyer is generous, you have no legal or moral claim for recompense of any kind.
I sympathize with you on your loss, and hope you find a positive resolution to the issue.

Oh boy :knothead: If I were moderating PowWow I'd axe this one with no info included. The way this is presented just makes the bowyer look bad.
Somewhere down the road there gonna be a problem if you make ANYTHING time and time again,,.....not just bows. AND!!!...sometimes its not the manufacture's problem...sometimes is the maker of the glue or the wood itself that had hidden issues.
Now, that said, there are no worries here....Ron and Company will take care of you if the bow wasn't abused by the consumer ....yes, sometimes its even the consumer's fault.
So, please please please DO NOT make post like this here...it serves NO purpose at all.
