I use short parabolic feathers for the most part because they are quieter.  They will react to the sound of the shot and the sound of the large flu flu feathers and move out of the way.  As far as heads go, I've had good luck with judos, ace hex blunts, and old broadheads that I file the front end blunt.

What hawk said. I've missed more with flu flu's than I've hit. They'll move at the last second. I love my RFA Talons. Best small game head I've used!

I'm with hawk22 about the smaller parabolic feathers. I've had those quick little buggers "jump the string" too many times with flu-flus. As for heads, a lot of people won't shoot anything but broadheads because of how tough these things are. Way harder to kill than bunnies...Good luck!

I really like the head that used to be called "Tiger Claw"...not sure what it's called now or still available. Won't stick in trees when shooting up at squirrels but really packs a wallop.

I don't like flu flu's.. too noisy. I just use high back shields and old broadheads.

Are broadheads just used used for squirrels on the ground? I wood hate to climb trees to get my arrows that got stuck. Especially squirrels that's pinned high up in the tree.

if i ever hunted squirrels i'd use my full length feather spiraled flu flu's and these heads....

they work good on rabbits! they would be perfect for small targets like tree rats.
they have a 2" wingspan! home made of course.

Trying to kill tree-rats is tough with flu-flus, too noisy and they jump the string. Bunnies sit tight so big difference. I like a blunt for higher shots or broadheads for shots low to the ground, they are tough to kill. Shawn
