I bought a pair of diamondback snake skins to do a longbow I just made. The thing I'm mentally wrestling with is that the diamonds are a little wider than the limbs. Will this look weird or will it be alright. I haven't paid much attention to the bows I seen with skins on them until recently and it seems they all have diamonds that fit inside the limbs width. The limbs on my bow are only about an inch at the fadeouts. Any advice will be appreciated.
Sounds like it would look great! Love skins on a bow. The diamonds fading off the edges will have a cool camo effect.

Here is a set I did, they extend past. Who cares, stick them on, hard to find the "perfect size snake" .
Alright! Thanks guys, I'll put them on. Those skins look awesome.

Uhhh I like the diamonds off the edges. Go for it.
I've seen many that extend past the edges.
I kind of prefer the look.
I'd do it.
Build a wider bow! :D :D
