ordered it a few month ago and it came this morning. its a 3 piece hybrid longbow made of bocote and walnut and the tips are kudu horn 58" 47#@26". opened the box and it was packed very well, after i torn through the paper like a kid on christmas morning i found a nice case. quickly i opened it up and started putting the bow together. the qaulity of his work is amazing and the wood is perfect. i grabbed some arrows and ran out the door and took some shots and quickly was getting great groups. the draw is so smooth. on shot it zips the arrows down range and the bow has almost no shock to it. the grip is also perfect, he had me send him a outline of my hand and built the grip using it and he nialed it. he was great to deal with and built exactly what i wanted. i would gladly buy another of his bows in a second if I had the cash.
heres a few pics of her.

it is the best bow i ever owned or shot. like seriously. i was sad when my other bow snapped in half but this put a smile right back on my face. bringing it to the range now to shoot some 3d targets

I was looking at the details of his limb attachment system on his website the other day, really cool. Makes for a nice streamlined look.

Beautiful!
I am a one piece guy myself...or at least I thought I was. Stunning!
Makes the Broken Bow pain ease a bit I'd say.
cant put this thing down. never shot a trad bow so good. just shot some broadheads and the tuskers and field points are grouping together. think im going to buy a different quiver for it and sell my bigjim and selway. thinking one of those Kanati Slim Jim 4 arrow quivers with the offset. have a arrow getting in my way and its bugging me. deer season needs to come already!!! sept 1st ill be chasing some furry critters with it
Really an eyecatcher,CONGRATS
Well done! I would love to see more pics!
ill try to get some more tomorrow. my camera died while i was taking the pics.
Wow! Curt sure has an advantage when he cuts all the amazing laminations that he does, he can keep the most amazing of the bunch! Does it have a forward riser or does the way the limbs mount make it look that way? I just put a Slim Jim Kanati Angle Pro limb bolt quiver on my bow and really like it. Good luck with your new bow!
Great looking bow congrats.
