Will be adding a treasury of pictures of Howard Hill memorabilia, taken in the summer of 1983 while at the World Longbow Championship.
Dave,
My laptop screen died upon my return from my errand we discussed. I am on my daughter's notebook.
Guys and gals,
I had intended to assist Dave with uploading some awesome photos.
If someone could step up in my time of disrepair Dave could sure use the help.
PM me your email address and I can forward the photos Dave has sent me. You won't believe what's in store....
My apologies Dave.
Here is one I have been able to get uploaded and resized.

I have a question....I've seen Jerry refer to Howard as 'Uncle Howard', so, was Howard really Jerry's uncle?
And, thanks for sharing....we'll archive these photos so they never get away. :campfire:
I believe Howard was Stinson's Uncle - Jerry's Great Uncle.
Good pictures, Bud.
Dave, I should of taken a camera when I visited the little museum of Howards bows & tackle. Jerry had it in a section of his bow making building.

So So very cool thanks for sharing.
:clapper: Thank you!
If I remember correctly, Dave Miller said, Stinson was Howard's brother, and Jerry's Dad. Howard's bow shown above went to Jerry's brother.
For those that may not know, Dave and John Lee go to Kalamazoo in January and to Compton's in June, where John has a large display of Howard's bows, quivers, arrows, heads and pictures. I have seen a picture of the display, but have not seen it personally; maybe next year.
Very cool to see these photos.
More to come all. Working on the small computer is giving me a fit.
Thank you Dave for allowing me to be a part of this.
And thank you straitera for the help.

Jerry is in the middle with Mrs Ben Pearson next to him. The big guy in the light blue shirt is John Lee, I'm on the left in a green shirt.

I need to shoot over my garden. I tried that through the legs shot. 1. I don't believe anyone wants to see a picture of me doing that. 2. The blood trail of the tomato I killed was short. I was even leaning my head on a chair so I would not fall over.
I have a picture of Howard Hill when he was in highschool It is picture of him with his football team, a team picture. I will post it later.
These are so great. I have been a fan for years and have not seen a few of these.
