My Ladies First Bow , its a Samick Volcano 30# . Cannot wait to get them both on the range and practice .
Nice!!
God bless, Mudd
Be careful. You'll wind up with your female following you to the woods and shoots and whatnot. You'll not be able to get away. This sounds like something most guys would say in jest with a smily face...but I'm not.
Haha sweeney I agree but not getting away wont be the real problem....the true problem will come when she starts to out shoot him and then starts buying her own bows with out him knowing =D
That's a good looking one piece recurve. You're girl friend should like it.
Cool. Great job! Nice bow!
I have always enjoyed sharing the outdoors with loved ones. It's a great way to continue to build a future for hunting.
Let us know how she likes it. My lightest bow is a 45lb Martin L-100 & my wife can't draw it very far, we're in the market for a 25-30lb bow for her.
 Nice!
Lol. I agree about her following you.
I love my wife, but I definitely keep her away from my hunting.
Not hard tho... She really couldn't be less interested I don't think.
Haha , Fella's you crack me up , I got the Bow so we can share the time and she loves the Idea of me hunting with my Bow ...... Jo is not planning on hunting with a Bow , just roaming and stumping together :) .
Scharms , the Volcano is a great looking bow and a pleasure to draw , I think Jo is pulling around 24-25# . Its her first bow and like I said , its just for leisure purposes , but I would like one myself .... its that good . Will keep you informed
Congratulations, it looks like a great setup.
Your going to make some great memories together. One of the best things I've done is get everyone a bow.
Very Nice! Samick is making nice bows these days, and that one is sharp.
very nice...... I would give almost anything for my wife to hunt or even shoot with me. Your very lucky.
Wanna get my girlfriend a bow but she is holding out for something that sparkles :help:
I love it when my S.O. comes to shoots with me.
good goin!
William, if you use "guitar gloss" on her bow , it will shine like new money...... :goldtooth:
Lucky lady!
Hope she is motivated to invest some time, effort and dedication in order to reap the euphoric experience that the traditional has to offer for it may only be granted to those that do.
My best to her!
Sweet, my dad has a volcano. It's a great bow for the price.
Good Luck,
Ryan
Good job!
That's a nice looking bow right there, and I'll bet it was affordable too.
My wife's the best "hunting buddy" I ever had, plus, once hunting season starts the "honey do" list gets put on hold. Having a lady that enjoys being in the woods as much as you do is definitely a plus. Great looking set up.
P.S. The down side is you have to buy two of everything.
Rod
Better be careful! I started out buying one for her to "play with" three years ago, and it ended up costing me a new bubinga/purpleheart Widow. Just picked it up last week.

Good Luck to ya All!! Heck....I am still hunting a GirlFriend that will be a Girlfriend First!! :goldtooth:
Agree, I wish I could get my wife involved.
And yes, those samicks are good bows. Hear alot about the stingray and red stag.
Scharms, look into the takedown red stag. Start off super light, upgrade limbs in the future.
