Title: Arrows repaired after ETAR
Post by: macksdad on August 03, 2011, 09:45:00 PM
I finally got all of my arrows repaired after Etar. I only lost two. One on the coonshoot and one on the ironman. I had several fletches tour up a few nocks that were blown out by weight tubes. One arrow had a hard hit on the deer silhouette on the ironman and I thought for sure it was fatal for the arrow but I was able to save it.  I picked up some Easton jazz 1413 shafts for the Elkridge pilgrim peewee that I bought for Mack and she is busting balloons at fifteen yards already. We cant wait to go to the Eastern Ohio Traditional Rendezvous next week in guernsey county, hope to see a bunch of fellow tradgangers there.

Steve,

I plan on being there with my oldest grandson on Saturday. We'll be shooting till he can't stand anymore.......which will never happen. Maybe we can meet up and shoot the course together. My wife and grandaughter will be along also. She is the "photographer".......so there will be lots of 'em.

I am not sure how they do it there but the one at etar all 3d coons and they were all on the ground. You need a good flashlight and a buddy to hold the light for you. I am not sure if it is just for fun or if it is scored and there are prizes or not eithet way it is a ball of fun. Don, look forward to seeing you there.
