One of my customers has asked me to go open a new office for them in Addison just outside Dallas and I am hoping there is a place to hunt hogs not too far away.
It's a short notice deal. I will be arriving 7/27 evening and working Thursday and Friday, but if I can work in a hog hunt that weekend I want to do it.
Never chased hogs before so I am looking for a trad friendly place, perhaps with accomodations if it is too far from Addison and someone to put me near the hogs.
This will only be a two day hunt for me so there won't be time to do a lot of scouting but I want to avoid high fences. I don't really want a guide in my hip pocket, I just want someone who can put me close to the hogs.
I have to let the travel agent know by tomorrow evening if I am going to spend the weekend so she can book the flight.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Wish I had more time to plan but business doesn't always work like that.
