I have been on the road in Canada and Alaska for over a month, and in all that time I haven't been shooting a whole lot. Today, however, we went to Kincaid Park in Anchorage, and I got to fling a few. They have a nice range, with lots of targets that are at wheelbow distances, but I snuck up on a few of them and took them on with my Big Jim TC. It was a great time.

Tomorrow we will head for the Kenai penninsula, and I hope to shoot a bit more down there. For sure, I need the practice.
Thats cool.. I like the arrow in flight in the pic
Are you stopping by? When you get to the "Y" go two miles south and yell. You should be so close even this deaf guy should be able to hear you!
Check out the Kenai Peninsula Archery club:

Enjoy the road trip, and hope is well with ya!
The Kenai Peninsula Archery range is just south of Soldotna. Leave Soldotna going south after a couple of miles you will come to the borough landfill. The next road past the landfill on the left goes to the Archery range. The range is on the right.
I hope you have a fishing pole with you too, the Kenai is a great place to fish.
Nice pic
Have fun!
