Title: Dryad bows
Post by: rainman on July 07, 2011, 07:59:00 PM
Justed wanted to say what stand up guys Mike and Jason are.  I have known them for 10 years now and had ordered a Bushwacker from them.  The first one broke on the tillering tree and the second one came in under weight.  So Mike gave me the option of any bow they make including the Epic with ACS limbs. It will be shipping tomorrow.  Thanks Mike and Jason.

Rainman,
That's great to hear but was it a bow they were tillering or one of their Bow Blanks that you were tillering? Reason I ask is because I had a BAMBOO BOW BLANK I tillered and shot for two years and it broke during my draw near a pin knot in the lower limb and I figured since I was the one that tillered it it was my fault and no guarranty...I didn't think they would warrant a bow blank but I did love shooting my Dryad Hunter...Still good folks to deal with..God Bless, Keefer's <><

I've ordered 2 bow blanks from Mike and Jason, a fiberglass one and a bamboo backed one for my son.  We've been very happy with both of them.

No this was their Bushwacker a horn bellied bamboo backed bow.  Having built a horn bow I understand how frustrating they are to build.  I have nothing but good to say about these guys.

I shot a Bushwacker several years ago in Ohio. It was an awesome shooting bow. Mike and Jason make some good stuff. We have been across the ailse from them at Denton Hill for the last couple of years.
