What is it with the woodsman that I cant get it super sharp? Ive tried everything, Im not sure what im doing wrong. I seen a guy on youtube get his sharp enough to shave hair, mine arnt even close to that sharp
The edges may have something of a 'dip' in the middle. You have to file down the broadheads so that they're perfectly flat, so that when you sharpen you're not only sharpening the front and back.
Then, remember to use a sharp hone or jewelstick to get them shaving sharp.
There's some good info here:

Like said on the originals you must getem flat and then they are the easiest type to get scarry sharp becasue the shapening angle is the same every time.
yer asking a question that's been answered lots of times (in fact, just recently) - do a topic search in powwow for "woodsman".
Yep...do a search....TONS of info.
Search WILL turn something up.
Prob concave blades. That gave me some fits at first. Now I can get them pretty dog-gone sharp!

I found that I can get them the sharpest using a very fine grit file. However I like that little bit of serration the file leaves. I know it is not truly shaving sharp. But in my experience which is limited to whitetails and hogs. This has been a great edge and tends to really get the animal bleeding fast and hard.
