What sharpening tool do y'all recommend to sharpen 2 blade broadheads.
I've recently purchased some Magnus 2's.
I have a good stone that I use for my knife blades but didn't know if there is a better sharpening tool for broadheads.
Thanks!
I sharpen surgical instruments for a living. Technique is everything. IMO, KME has the finest customer service & quality sharpening products available. The Alaska Bowhunting guys have an excellent product also. Only as good as the person using it however. That's what makes Ron's KME sharpener so good. He can teach sharpening in his sleep w/patience of Job.
The KME broadhead sharpener and a good stone.
Check out the how to resources, there is a tutorial on sharpening a simmons head using a razor edge guide along with a jewel stick. I started using this system and really like it. It is also practical enough to fit in your pack if you are backpack hunting. I also use this system for my knives, and all two blades. It's nice to have a system that can sharpen concave, convex, and straight two blades.

I use the gatco with very good results. If I didnt own one already I'd go with the KME knife sharpener it is the best.I've had the BH sharpener and it is also good with practice. . . I'd still go with the knife sharpener over the BH sharpener both by KME
good luck
Don't know if it is the BEST, but KME works well for me (I use the knife sharpener, not the broadhead sharpener).
Great advice here. For touch up in the field I like a "wheelie" style sharpener. Lite weight, small, and can put a very good edge on both broadheads and knives.
KME broadhead or knife sharpener, both are great!
KME is a great tool I use it on my knifes, but out in the field when you can't carry the KME a 6 or 8" bastard file works great and gets a razor sharp edge.
