Very cool
Thanks everyone. We had a lot of fun.
Landman, you can eat stingray. There is an art to cleaning and cooking them. They have strands of white fiber in the meat that is basically ammonia. If you get the white out the meat is pretty good. We're going to have it on the grill tonight.
Jen's been hauling in some nice flounder too as a supplement to dinner.

We just finished dinner and that big ray was fantastic! My oldest daughter had friends come to Chincoteague with us and they are from France, Germany, London, and New York. They all loved it. I deep fried some of it and boiled some and soaked it in butter. It was much firmer than the flounder and darker. It was excellent. We fed 17 people on that fish! What a great ending.

Way to go Jen! Good to see you enjoying time with your family and friends!!!
My son got in on some bowfishing action last night. Needed to run the salt water out of my boat so went out for an hour or so. Tyler shot 3 carp and caught a big nasty turtle. The turtle went back in the river.
