Title: What are these 1 arrow holders/quiver? called?

The single arrow ones that attach to the bow, used for a bowfishing set up?  I have been looking but unable to locate them. I think primarily because I do not know what they are called.

if it's for bowfishing go to office depot and get a couple of the little plastic stickyback clips that are used to clip a small pen or marker to a whiteboard.

I have one and I'm pretty sure I got it at 3 Rivers.

That is what i was looking for.

I also like the idea of the penholder at office supply stores, Might give that a try first.
