Just picked up a beautiful Blacktail 64 50/29...for me that's about about 46/28 with my 27.5 draw. I'm curious what other blacktail owners use for nock and arrows for it. I was thinking GT 3555 29' and 145 points...just looking for input?
Congrats on the new Blacktail. We're too much different in draw length and weight for me to recommend an arrow to you. I can say that my Blacktail likes a stiff arrow. I draw about 29", the bow is 54#@28", and I'm shooting 30" ACC 3-60s with 175 grain points. The shafts are a 340 spine. I have three recurves, all around 55#, and the BT needs the stiffest spine of the three.
My nock height, shooting three under, is right at 5/8" above level. Post some pics of the new bow if you get a chance.

I shoot Easton Axis 500 out of my 50# at 30 inch blacktail. I have 175 grains up front. My nocking point is 1/2 inch above level.
With Norm's bows being cut to center they will take a wide range of spined arrows. I shoot a 54#@28" and it loves 80#-85# cut to 29.25" with 160gr tips. But I can go as light the 70#-75# range if I want to.
I use to shoot CE Heritage 250's with 225 gr tips that came in at around 585grs as I recall. They had an equivalent spine of 85#.
I believe with those GT 3555 you might end up with 160gr tips if you are looking at 29"bop or you could length them to 29.25"+ and use the 145gr tips.
Both of my blacktails like a stiffer arrow. I shoot the CX Heritage 350 cut to 29 1/2" with a 300 gr point out of mine, 60# @ 27" / 60# @ 28". Both shoot great.
Mine is 55@29. I shoot 70-74# spine, cut to 30", with 125 gr points. Nock height is 5/8".
All the ones I have owned have been 62" bows. They all seemed to have tuned up at 5/8" or slightly higher for nock height.
