Had to get out between rain storms this morning and do a little hiking/stumping. You guys in the midwest evidently know all about rain; for you Texans, rain is water that falls from the sky in case you haven't seen it for a while.
The aspens are beginning to leaf out, and the whitetails were everywhere.

Our spring runoff is starting in earnest; lots of Wyoming is under flood warnings, but nothing like you guys along the Mississippi. Our local stream will be out of its banks in a few days, but right now it just looks like normal spring runoff.

I did manage to kill a few stumps, and I made it home before the next rainstorm hit. Not a bad way to spend a morning.

Rain is in short supply where I live in southeast Texas.
