I'm thinking of using a nice peace of leather for my arrow rest. What types of glue do you guys use for that.

I use loc-tite contact cement. Use to use Barge cement but the loc-tite works just as well and I can buy it at Home Depot. I don't do it like the directions say, just put some on the shelf and the leather and don't wait for it to get tacky, like the directions say, just put it on and press it in place for about 10 minutes or so,(hold it there) you'll be able to tell, and you're done. If you do it like they say, there is no adjustments once it touches.

I'm getting terrific use out of a role of double sided tape used to tack large rugs to hardwood or tile floors.  The stuff I bought is light blue and about the size of a role of Duct Tape.  The tape is super thin and very sticky.  I use it for window leather, Weather rests, and even grips on Bear Mag risers.
