Picked this one up the other day, guess what it is.
Nice shooter, really fast & stable. I chronoed my 400`s at 195fps average with 15 shots. They are 460grains, the specs are 53@28", I guess I`m drawing around 29", so she`s around 55#`s at my draw.
Nice & smooth, needs some silencer work with 3 under, dead quiet split finger. Enjoy.

Big River, perhaps?
No fair Jerry, you have inside info lol
Seem to be pretty popular in Wisconsin!
I like it.
Very nice-Hap
Very sharp looking bow. I really like the design of the riser. Congrats!!!!
GREAT LOOKING BOW CONGRATS.
Brian,it was enough easy to guess, you don't swim far from the Big River.Congrats, what about your LBs now?LOL.
Nice looking bow!...how does she shoot?
Beauty! Fast shooter too.
Looks like it would make for consistent hand placement.
Great looking bow!
Felix, still love my longbows. I am just a sucker for John`s new creations. My 2 piece takedown longbow will still be elk hunting in September.
I usually dont care for plywood bows, specially when they look like a widowannabe, but this one really is a shooter. I might have him mike me one out of real wood lol.
Brian, yes this new bow looks a better version of old mustaches(Scott) hugly bow!!LOL.
Well, the laminated riser are really tough yet and they say hunting.I can't wait to see you there.
It's a very nice looking bow. I like the red accents.
Nice looking bow!
Quite attractive bow.
Is the bow designed to handle shooting under 8.5 gpp?
I guess I`m gonna find out.
Brian,
I sure wish I could see pictures on this computer.
Guess I will have to wait until tonight. I'm sure it's a beauty!
Nice bow for sure
Fin
Unique-pretty bow the grey and red really look good together.
Very nice!
Purdy.....♠
Nice!
SWEEET! I have to shoot it, on the other hand i better not, dang i hate this stuff. but you know i believe this is all a part of Johns plan, to get me to order another bow, by the end of the year. i said i was done buying bows from him, just cuz i'll have 6 already, i wish he would retire from making bows! LOL.
Great Looking Bow Brian.
Does Big River Bows have a web page?
No webpage or computer. He has a tough time with his cell phone, lol! He is an 82 year old crumugeon who has been making bows a long time.
Hope the mods are not angry, I just want to show off my new friend. I`m kind of sounding like a commercial.
Great looking bow!
Nice bow....how long is it?
How can the mods be angry? John practically invented archery LOL.
60"
I like the red accents too and laminated risers have their own batch of fans, I'm one, the grip looks awesome,but..... does it really need those HUGE horns on the riser?
Those are for stabbing bears in the eye if they climb my tree. Maybe you would like it better if it was multi florescent colors? :saywhat:
No, I like it no matter what colors, I just thought those horns detracted from the rest of the bow, but I do have an off-centered idea about bows! :p Stabbing bears with it would be cool!
Very sweet curve! Of course, I'm partial to John's bows. Hope to get a recurve to go with my longbow some day.
