Title: Beaman MFX 600 Footing size
Post by: LONGSTYKES on May 19, 2011, 09:41:00 AM
Has anyone footed any Beaman MFX 600 carbons arrows ( Dia .255 ).

Have not been able to find out what size aluminum shafting will work.

Thanks Don

I was just about to post and ask this exact same question except for the regular axis 600.  The 1916 I use for the 500's is "sloppy" on the 600.  I did find a ACC 3-71 that seemed to fit well.

I have footed some MFX 500's with 2020 easton shafts before. But they are too large for the 600's.

According to my math you would need a 1920 or an 1813.  Has anyone tried an 1918?  I haven't seen any in a while but I know Easton made them but I don't see them in their current catalog.  I see the XX75 Platunum Plus offered in 1813.
