As some of you may know, I was priviledged
to be an owner of Donald Rowan's Beautifull 58" 51# Myrtlewood Tall Times...
That bow was so beautiful that I never felt comfortable shooting it anywhere besides the back yard and my indoor range for fear of scratching it. That and the 51# draw weight, which is about 5# lighter than I usually shoot, induced me to sell it recently.
I have replaced thru a recent trade, with this new to me combo of a 16" Charlcoal Riser and a set of Black glass limbs, with/stained action wood veneers making a 62" bow and drawing 56#@28".
This one definatley fits my defination of a "Hunter"...and shoots nice as the pics will show.
What do you think of her?

The second group I ever shot with it .. 3555 GT's w/145 up front for a total wt of 445gn. 15yds in my indoor range. (http://i753.photobucket.com/albums/xx177/BrokenArrow-03/DSCF0004-3.jpg)

Differently looks like a killing machine sweet bow
Good luck with the new bow Gene...looks real nice.
When you find a bow that will stack arrows like that, you know you have a keeper.
An extremely attractive yet personally more functional bow.
Congrats - for you have satisfied your particular needs.
Gene,
I have its twin in LH, but 60 inch. I love the functionality and they are good shooters.

Nice bow Gene, I really like that charcoal wood.
Very nice Gene! Might be a good one you could give to your old pal Doug for Christmas?...
Well it looks like you made a nice trade there Gene.
Rowans is one that needs to be babied and it is a great thing you passed it along for a more useful "hunting" bow. :goldtooth:
THANK YOU!!!!!!!
Gene, some Diamondback or Canebrake skins on that one would be choice. Nice one!
