I plugged the numbers into Stu Miller's calculator and it said that arrow would be good for the one piece, but was underspined by about 10 pounds for the takedown recurve. I don't know why.

You might need to get some of the Axis 400s and go with a heavier insert or switch to a 175 grain head.

Could be way off base for differences between the one piece and the takedown.

The pics from the Bob Lee website seem to portray the one piece as having a side shelf at around center where the takedowns appear to be cut past center. A 1/8" could easily account for a 10# spine difference requirement.

Got 340 and added 250 up front fly like a drat at 29.5 and weight in at 600 grain
