Title: kwik lok arrow holder adhesive?
Post by: Flingblade on May 11, 2011, 11:45:00 PM
I have a kwik lok arrow holder that I would like to mount on my new BW PSA II.  The adhesive pad is no longer on the kwik lok.  Any suggestions on what I should use as adhesive that won't damage the finish on the bow and can be removed if needed?

I use Barge cement to hold mine on. Comes right off with Goo Gone.

Go to your local automotive store and look for two sided tape for car emblems, or hit a body shop and beg for small piece.

I've used it for that exact purpose many times. I think I am still re-usinghe Kwik Loc I bought in '77.

It's not like std two sided tape. It is rubber about 1/32 thick.

I even did one with Industrial Velcro from the home center (Lowe's).  Worked fine.

That's not a bad idea Hawkeye.  Then I could take it off or put it on when I wanted to.  My wife works at Home Depot so I'll have to get it there.  She'd kill me if I shopped Lowes.  LOL  Thanks for all the tips.

I use Velcro also. It hold great, and I can use the same arrow holder on as many different bows as I like.
