On Sat. I had my first chance to take my girls out turkey hunting! They have been talking about this all winter.
Thanks to a good friend who loaned me his popup blind, this made it all possible.
"The girls" made it apx. 45minutes in the blind, then they wanted to go for a walk. No turkeys were heard or seen, I can't figure out why!
A great time was had by all!
I think I hear something!

Onions, You are a lucky man...you have your priorities in order... you will be walking them down the isle before you know it. Enjoy and keep up the good work.
Sometimes, who we hunt with transcends the hunt itself. Thank you for sharing. It looks like all 3 had a blast!
Very cool Onions...you just made me smile and remember just what's important in life. Good for you for letting them experience this, and thank you for taking the time to let us go along as well.

Thanks to all for your comments! It's great encouragement for me to continue keeping "the ladies" outdoors.
It's not always easy to get a 2 and 4yr old ready to go outdoors, but it is always worth it!
Hopefully we can get out one or two more times, if so I will post more pix!
thanks again
