After reading your post again, I see your bare shafts are hitting correct, not the fletched ones.  I had them switched around. Sorry for speaking up with my facts not being correct.

Bill is correct.

Most of the time you want your bare shaft to shoot a bit weak. When  you fletch an arrow the feathers tend to make the dynamic spine a bit stiffer. That is why your fletched arrows are hitting a bit left.

If you are right handed and your bare's are hitting left of your fletched you are a little stiff.

You would rather have your bares impacting a little right of your fletched (showing slightly weak).

You may also want to shoot two fletched shafts one with field point and one with 2 blade broadhead.  If your broadhead hits right of field point you are weak.  If broadhead hits left you are stiff (for rt handers).

What distance are these bare shaft results from. Four inches left at 10 yards implies are far much stiffer arrow than 4"s left at 30 yards.

Options
1. Increase BH by 1/8-3/8", then re-evaluate
2. Increase pt wt from 50 to 150 grains and re-evaluate.
3. Lengthen arrow ~2"s,re-evalaute and progressiveley shorten
4. Try a lighter spined shaft.
5. Reduce sight plate thickness.(~5#'s arrow spine per 1/16"

May take a combination of the recommnedations to obtain perfect flight. Option 5 would definatley be my last consideration.
