Title: Swafford in the mailbox!!

A short while back Shawn asked me to field test one of his Autumn Hunter knives. I chose the Rosewood Burgandy for a handle which turned out brilliant!

It came in the mail today and WOW!! Beautiful work Shawn.    :cool:     Fits great in the hand and has one heck of an edge on it.    :eek:     Love the sheath too, great artwork!

He threw in a Lansky sharpener as well, sweet!!

Beautiful knife ... I have carried a schrave p2 for years, which is similar, but no where near the customized beauty of this one. Good stuff. You are an artist.

Guys, once again thanks for all the nice comments. I am passionate about trad hunting and it flows over into my knifemaking. Arwin you are very welcome and enjoy the knife   :thumbsup:

Having had the pleasure of two of Shawn's knives pass muster in the field under less than optimal conditions I am sure you will be more than pleased with the AH's performance. Glad you've joined the club of proud owners.

I love big knives but the one I use is about like that one and they are really easier to use.  That is a really nice one.
