Was at our local club this past weekend and one of my close friends was complaining about his arrows (easton 2016 xx75's) bending more since he installed them (weight tubes), even just shooting into the 3D archery targets. I was thinking of installing them in my arrows to get the weight up.
Has anyone else noticed a problem with this?

I don't like them at all. I tried them and I even had one that would pop my nock out every time it hit the target. That dozen arrows isn't going to last forever, for the money spent on them just add brass inserts or if that isn't enough weight buy new arrows. I spend countless hours tuning my bows and arrows and the thought of something moving around on the inside of an arrow just boggles my mind.

Installed yellow rope the 5/16 and it will put them to about 600 gr

yep, fill them with nylon rope. But the shaft will always become slightly weaker when you add mass. Part of the physics of shooting an arrow.
That's why I order a static spine group heavier on heavy tapered hardwood shafts...
