I am picking up a new to me Two Tracks Ambush recurve. This will be my first recurve and I'm curious as to which bow quiver to place on it. Due to it's 50" length, I want a quiver that won't take away from the shortness. I contacted Chuck and he mentioned EFA. Anyone else have any ideas? Or if you have pics of a quiver on one that you could post, that would be great. Thanks..

EFA makes a very light quiver, you would barely know that it was attached. I have a 3 arrow mini and a 4 arrow Cherokee. I use back and side quivers now, but when I used bow quivers I really enjoyed them.

Your gonna want a quiver that angles the arrows back quite a bit on a bow that short.
EFA,Kanati Pro Angle and Thunderhorn Lynx with setback channel are a few to look at.
A steeper angle is what you looking for on a 50 inch bow.

I have a GN adjustable on my Ambush, and I bend the lower arm so that it mounts on the belly side of the limb, and kicks the arrows back into the bow profile a little. It works great and they fit nicely on the bow.
Here is the best pic I have right now showing the bow with the quiver.
You can see how it rakes the arrows back just a little. they are full length and the line up almost exactly with the limb tip. If you have shorter arrows it would work even better.

My buddy and my son both have EFA quivers on their Ambush recurves.

This is our "wing" setback feature.

Thats the one Don. I have not used a bow quiver for years but I saw Ron and his Shrew with that winged option. I thought that should work OK for my little 50" bow. I still think Jake has the best looking picture of an AMBUSH(so far) ;)

I definitely have shorter arrows. I'm only drawing about 26". So that should help me out.
Thanks guys for all the opinions. I already have a GN adjustable, so I will try that first. But I still might be calling you Don, about that wing setback design. Looks pretty nice.
