Title: My oldest bow
Post by: bsv on April 05, 2011, 08:52:00 PM
My dad bought me my 1st trad bow in I think 1990,a Howatt hunter,62in 45@ 28.I haven"t shot it in years.I bought a widow in 1995,and have used it since.Anyway I put a new string on it yesterday and rediscovered it.I fell asleep last night dreaming of hunting with it,best sleep I"ve had in a long time.Shot a racoon and woke up late for work.It was worth it .Burt

My first bow, a  52" red wing hunter, from whiffin archery Milwaukee,Wis. . broke my heart when the top limb just cracked in half while drawing it back. had it for 20 years.
