Anyone try a 4 fletch with AMG 3" parabolic?
I chop my own 3" parabolic, both turkey & goose. If you're making your own the nice thing about 3" is you can get more fletches out of a single feather.
120/60 4 fletch flies ok, but it's that much extra work. I just made up a set of 3 fletch that are a little touchy, may go to 4.
For broadheads I found good old 5" 3 fletch gives better arrow flight.
3x3" AMG parabolic. My grandkids love em on their kids arrows.
I always chop 4" feathers, recently I bought a 3" chopper off a guy for $10 and I can't tell the difference. Both arrows fly great!
