I did such a good job on these European Mounts that they made the grade to go in the Living Room and the Dining Room! Barn wood and a hook. Drill 1/4" hole in back of skull and it mounts tight with a little adjustment of hook with pliers. If ya do not adjust gravity holds it in place while on wall.

Looks very good. I would have a hard time of that with my wife. The basement is mine and upstairs is hers. Hap
That is totally awesome. They really look good. I could get away with it, but would have to hang the wife's also. :bigsmyl:
Looks great My wife would flip out. That Snake like picture is cool also.
Those look good!

GREAT LOOKING MOUNTS! My wife likes the European--says it fits in well with "contemporary" furnishings!! What ever! I liked the look when I saw an article in BUGLE (RMEF mag-life member) back in the '80s. Had it done when I finally got a 5pt in 2003. Looks great in my living room and gets comments by all who know how I shoot--mainly where did I buy it???!! HA!
Would work for me ,don't have a wife. :biglaugh:
looks good kim! all mine are gonna be in the garage for awhile:)
Those are very cool! Great idea there. Thanks for sharing.
Wouldn't fly with my wife - nice job, looks great!

They look fantastic. I do like them and they do fit in well. Nice work.
Top job Kim!
Very nice.
Looks great!
My wife has a degree in interior design, and the mounts still stay. Over the years, she has learned to incorporate my mounts into the design scheme..........otherwise we would probably of been divorced a long time back. However, she does get to help pick the pose and can place them where she likes, as long as they stay in the agreed upon rooms.
They look good and glad your wife likes them. :saywhat:
very cool
Nice and cheap! The Trad way.
I can do antlers, Skulls creep my wife out.
Yours look great
Looks very nice....well done!
yup Euros the way to go. i have a Euro mount of my 2007 moose. When I took it down from where it hung in the hose and moved it into my yurt, My wife wanted me to bring it back in the house! So I told her I'd just have to go another moose hunt and shoot another! (http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4137/4931011014_36d5c98cc3.jpg)
Thanks for the post. Great work and gives me some ideas for my next whitetail or elk.
Those look good.
My wife has been warming up to displaying some of my trophies, been a little supportive even!
Thanks for the compliments. I hope the pics help in showing how nice the mounts can look in other places than the basement/garage/or "your" room. Good Luck!
