You're shooting an 11.30 GPP (grains per pound) arrow. Many people shoot 10-12 GPP arrows so if you like how the arrows fly, how they penetrate and hit where you look, you're good to go.
All day long if they shoot straight in your bow.
I shoot 520 with 45#,works great.
IF ITS GOOD,STICK WITH IT,,,
Cool!! glad to hear that they work well for others too! thanks
525gr. 28" draw
Yep.
46# bow-550gr. cedars, fly like darts! If they fly good for you then you should stick with them!
620gr - 48lbs nice - hits like a freight train
Morrison 60" 48 lb
Easton Axis 400 _- 300 up front
Asgeir
Very appropriate for up to deer size critters.
just over 500 gr. With a 49 lb. Bow
i shoot arrows almost 600gr out of my bows and like them alot. also have some 560ish gr arrows for the same bows. i like that wieght range alot for the 2 main bows
good stuff here, thanks sounds like quite a few people shoot over 500grs in the 45 to 49lb range.
I'm shooting that weight outta my 46# Wapiti and get excellent flight. Assuming, of course, that you have the spine dialed in, you should have a great set-up.
Shoot straight, and often!

I'm at 555 gr. at 48#@26.75" draw weight. Works very well for me for hunting and 3D as well.

I'm in that neighborhood with a 47# bow.
Everything is workin fine!
