I just purchased a Green Mountain Longbow, 64"-60#@28...should be here next week! the bow looks to be in pristine condition and the seller confirmed it looked like it was new...I'll post pics when it comes in. Love that new bow smell!
Looking forward to seeing it.

Greg...it is a yew MTN Hunter...how many models did JIm make. I see Joe just bought one too!
ADK I got it from the Archery talk site via Stickbow site- guy named Bowtrader...I saw the one in the classifieds here, but was looking for something heavier. You are correct this one was a beauty too.VTJoe took that one I see.
at least 5 or six, i'm not even sure of all the names. I know the Stingray, the Catamount, Classic and yours and i know he made a flatbow. I'm sure there were others though.
Fred,
Congrats on the GM!! I've owned 6 of them in my time and still have 2. "Gifted" the others to family and VERY close friends - couldn't part with them otherwise. IMO Jim made some of the finest LBs ever. Look forward to the pics. Best regards, Todd
I have a Green Mountain purchased new over ten years ago. 64 inch and 67lbs at 28, 4 lams of tiger maple with clear glass and purple heart riser with a center lam of purple heart. None better.
