We have our work cut out for us this year...and we are going to need all the time we can get.
The auction will be on a different domain name again this year to prevent crashing at the end of the bid forum times. Last year everyone had to register which was an overload work load for everyone....so we fixed that.
Just want to get everyone ready, set up, and good to go before we turn it on.
Thanks,.......
Thanks Terry.
ALSO!!!
If you are going to post pics on your listing....please post them at the same time you list your item. Going back and posting them creates more work....once I move the thread to the designated bid forum then BOTH have to be re-opened to post a pic after the fact.
This year I wont have time to go back and re-open listing for pics....the pics will have to be added after the forum opens which may or may not give your item as much presidence as having the pic there from the begining.
I hope folks understand my reason for posting these things....and do not take them negative. this event, and yes - it is an event, has really grown and those of us that run it only have so much time in the day, and every year this gets bigger and bigger....we are trying to clear time robbers from the begining.
Thanks again.
:clapper:
Here we go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's all good T.
We're listening and hopefully can follow simple instructions.
I am one of those that needs it to be as simple as possible and still need a little hand holding from time to time.
Don't be afeared to get my attention with a 2X4 if that's what's needed.
Thanks T and gang for making this possible because in the end it's really all about the children who desperately need our help.
God bless you all!

Might have to concentrate on a smoker this year by the looks of things, I am sooooo sorry Mr, Blackwell, we'll see where it take us.

This will be my 1st year contributing to this great cause. My wife and I have been talking about it since last year. You guys may need to hold my hand a little to get started.....
Lets make this the best one yet.
lowebow...you and me both!!
This is my first year listing an item as well! I already messed up and didn't put in the pic. I guess that will come once the forum opens up.
TTT
I'm going to go look for more stuff.
Why don't you go edit it now and add the pic? I haven't move it...so its not locked.
Hey you lefty's take a gander at one of the bows that Grinch put up, the Graham recurve.
It's so cool!! The bow can be inverted and shot right or left.
How cool is that?... Way!!!... I'm saying....
God bless,Mudd
Larry Surtees... You are.... "Da Bomb!... dude!!
Thank you!!
I bet I can't afford to bid high enough but I'll be in there swinging buddy...lol
God bless,Mudd
Thanks Mudd! The hunts were donated on behalf of my "family" in memory of our son, father, and Trad Ganger. I'll be putting a bunch more stuff up for auction -- just getting "warmed up". If my donations to this Auction help prolong a kids life so that he or she outlives the parents, then it is worth the efforts involved -- believe me I'm there right now wondering why "him" and not "me"! So I am going to do all I can to make it happen for one or more "kids" and parents!!!!
BTW your avatar is great! Nothing like being a grandfather! Squeeze and hold that one tight!
You can bet on it Larry!
I'll be posting some other stuff too as I get it together and get some pictures taken.
God bless you my friend. You and all who are still hurting are in my prayers.

Newbie here, I have a whole lot of respect and admiration for St. Judes and would like to bid on some stuff. How/where do I go to view and bid on the auction item.
Couldn't edit the original post, but was able to respond to my own thread and add the pic! That's item number 1.
I put up a few things for the turkey hunters. Will list some more stuff later. I love this auction. :goldtooth: .......stabow

Go to the St. Judes 2011 on the main page. To bid on an item just click on that item and post your bid like you would make any normal post. Once your bid is posted then it cannot be retracted.
Now...if we could just get folks to read the stickieds at the top of the forum :biglaugh:
Hahaha!!! Sic'em T!!!
I'm glad you're at the head of the herd.
Thank you !!!!
God bless,Mudd
ttt :archer2: All set...
God Bless, Pierre and jean-Pierre
Whut stickies??? Just kiddin', just kiddin'! I posted one item this (late) afternoon just to make sure I could trust my memory and understanding. Slicker than a kitty's whisker (I think) - at least I haven't gut hollered at yit - LOL.
Already some dyn-o-myte items on there, and almost a full page worth. Everybody keep it up - it's for the kids, after all. I'll probably take pics & post some more items next week - going to a shoot tomorrow. I'll have to rest awhile after that - :archer:
Wow I broke 3 rules in 2 posts!
1. Forgot the pic
2. Started the bid
3. AND....... had to reply to my own post.
I think my 3rd grade students are in trouble with me as their leader..... :readit:
OK -I'm lost. I see no page nor link for St. Judes. All I see is the 2010 page under the forums listing. How do I get there?
Couple of ways, Bill.
Just below the pictures at the top of the PowWow forum there is a big Yellow Banner that says to click there to go to the "2011 St. Jude Auction Listings".
Also, if you click on the "forum home" (at the top of all pages) and then click on the "Jump Over to Auction 1.Trad Gang.com", above the 2010 St. Jude Forum Listings on that page, the very first topic on that (next) page will be the 2011 Listing forum.
(That is all, if my memory behaved, after I left the pages, long enough for me to tell you - LOL - so I hope they are right. If not, they are close and you may be able to struggle around to it from them.)
