I just got a kanati pro 2 quiver at kalamazoo and it seems to slide a little. You guys have any tips for keeping it secure? I must not be doing something right because it's a darn nice quiver.
A friend of mine had that problem. It usaully happens from the bow finih or sometimes the limb design. What he did was ruff up the rubber with a file where it comes in contact with bow. It worked for him.
Cheers
If you trim the upper rubber where it contacts the bow into more of a triangle the rubber strap will pull tight on the limb and hold tight.
Woa fellas. Best thing to do is give me a call...dont cut anything. I'll talk you through mounting it correctly. 252-227-2114

That Kanati Slim jim will be Hawaii bound very soon!!!! :D
I know it'll be worth the wait John.
Thanks for all the help in getting mines ordered.
I wet the limb where it contacts the rubber when it dries it creates a good safe bond... Kinda' like licking a suction cup.
You're probably just missing something in the mounting. Give John a call.
I wind a couple of rubber bands above it when it's in place--keeps it there. Same for the Eagle's Flight quivers.
Get an Eagles Flight Quiver......THEY DON'T SLIP
Every now and then someone will have a problem with a quiver and some bows can be hard to fit with any quiver.
I have looked at John's quivers, as I have others on the market. I see no reason why it would not fit tight on the bow if it's mounted correctly.
It's a good idea to go first to the manufacturer if you have a problem. I know that he would work with you to resolve it.
