Just bought a used Tomahawk Bows Diamond Woodland Hunter Longbow "64 #55, from a very nice man gave me a great price. He sent it UPS today. Can not wait.. :bigsmyl:
I will be shooting 30" 400 carbon arrows. I saw great reviews so far. Any negatives for Tomahawk owners?
No negatives here, I have a diamond series ss and I love it. Fastest most forgiving longbow I've ever shot.
no nothing..I have a Diamond SS also and I love it. What I like the best is no stacking and no hand shock. I've already been checking out a Woodland Diamond. Would like to shoot one and compare with my SS. Keep us up dated
Wow today must be Tomahawk day, I'm picking one up tomorrow I saw here today.
Great bow, mine is a 62 inch 45 lb woodland hunter diamond series. No negatives that I can think of.
Longstick 64 let me know what you think, first impressions. I will have to wait a few 5 or 6 days to get mine. :banghead:
No bow is a perfect fit for everyone. Many designs and I just don't jell. However, that particular design and/or bow may absolutely perfect for someoneelse. I am the issue and not the bow.
While I have never shot a Tomahawk, there are numerous and even recent comments putting them on a playing field at the top. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to give one a run this summer.
Hope you two have a great relationship.
Just put about 70 shots in, couldn't stop shooting, very smooth draw, dead on release, light weight, points really well. Very soft on the shot and quicker than what I thought. Made very well, basically a down and out winner for me. I'm going to have a hard time choosing between this bow or my Zipper recurve for hunting, have to flip a coin to decide.
I have a 58", 55# takedown. It is a very nice shooting bow.
