Title: Any Trad Shops in Indianapolis
Post by: Pokerdaddy on March 10, 2011, 09:18:00 PM
I'm heading down to Indianapolis tomorrow morning (from Michigan's Thumb)to take in the last three days of the Big Ten tournament. Got free tickets and hotel from a company I do business with.

Any trad shops in Indy to take in while I'm there? Or along the I-69 corridor to the north, for the drive down and back?

I'll have alot of free time on Saturday and would be tickled if I could patronize and peruse an Indy shop.

Thanks guys and gals.

I'd love to stop into 3Rivers, but my travel days are Friday and Sunday, and I believe they only open their warehouse on Saturdays.

No trad shops here.  But enjoy our fair city.  Weather is nice today.  If your per diem allows, head over to St. Elmo's steakhouse.  If you want a little less spendy, go to Shapiro's and stop in at the Slippery Noodle on your way back to the hotel.  Another great place to eat that is a little out of the way is Barcelona Tapas.

Gotta go to Shapiro's deli and get the corn beef and cabbage.  Man, it's been 7 yrs since I've been there.  Now I want some.
