Title: Dream Catcher
Post by: kongo on March 07, 2011, 11:24:00 PM
I'd like to hear some feedback from archers who have shot the Dream Catcher & how they rate it  performance wise in comparison to other 1 pc. recurves they have shot .

This is just my opinion, but my Dreamcatcher with a B-50 string seems a lot faster than any of my Grayling Bears. It is also a few pounds heavier than the marked weight and the grip is one of my favorites.

I've never shot one but the other Martins I've shot were fine.I must say the D/catcher's the best looker in the production world.

I had a dreamcatcher.
Great bow for the money, not the fastest out there, but a great shooter.

I owned a Diablo and a Dreamcatcher.

I miss the Diablo, never got attached to the dreamcatcher. It has been a few years and I do not remember why, just never lived up to my expectations.

My first trad bow was a Dreamcatcher. Wish I still had that bow today. Nice looker and shot well for me. Got the "bug" and went the buy, sell trade route lettin' her go.  :(

I love my Dream Catcher.  Good looking and a smooth shooter.  I also shot the Martin Hunter, for back yard shoting the Dream Catcher is great but when I go hunting I carry the Martin Hunter.  It is just a faster bow.

I use a Dream Catcher as my deer hunting bow since 1996.  Similar to a Super Diablo (which is a very good thing).  Mine shoots quiet and draws smooth.  I never noticed it to be any faster or  slower than a similar poundage Hunter; but never chronographed them together.

Only bow I own that keeps up with it is my Browning Explorer.
