Do a search on bare shaft tuning. It will teach you how to properly tune your arrows. There are alot of variables that make it tough to say if a setup is good. Best to put the work in your self.

I keep posting this link, but it will answer alot of your questions. Read the instructions and input your bow specs and arrow specs then compare the values that it gives you. Tweak your arrow set up on the calculator by adding pt. wt. or take away to get the two values as close as possible. Everything makes a difference, length of the arrow, wt. at the tip, ect.
Then go out and shoot them to see the "Real world" results. Good Luck.

Is it ok... yes

Does that mean it will shoot the best... not necessarily..

Like CEW said learn to bare shat tune and also learn to tune the bow to shoot where you look...

Then you have the "Right" arrow...

For me, that would be a bit weak. I shoot about the same specs, and use a 28" GT 3555 with a standard insert, and a 175 grain head. I could likely go to a lighter head.

Then again, you might not have the crappy release that I do, so the doublechecking with bare shafts, and making sure that your field points group with your broadheads is good advice.
