Title: Barge Cement
Post by: Mike Most on February 24, 2011, 03:57:00 PM
Was looking to get another tube of barge cement for a new armguard.

It now is in a blue tube, less the toululol (however its spelled) I think the old tube was green and yellow.

Does it still work for leather on leather??

Yes. I have not found any difference in the glueing properties with the new stuff.

Darn, without the toul... what fun will it be to work with leather in a small closed space  LOL

Hobby Lobby carries it near the leather goods.

Toluene. I don't think it works as well as the old stuff--it seems to separate in the tube. But there's no brain damage!
